The use of the GLOVOIP service is governed by the following conditions:

The GLOVOIP offer is subject to personal use. The correct use of this service is given by the balanced use of the following factors: number of minutes destined to local, national, and international calls; Proportion calls to fixed and cellular; Average duration of calls; Minutes used daily; among others. Automatic dialers, call centers, call centers or similar activities are discarded for the use of this service.

The minutes used for calls to cell phones, can not exceed an average of 15% of your plan contracted.

The average monthly consumption should be 1000 (thousand) minutes.

No more than two simultaneous calls per user are allowed. Simultaneous use of the same account, from two different locations or devices, is not permitted.

GLOVOIP reserves the right to suspend or disconnect, without prior warning, users or equipment that produce irregularities in the system and / or networks.

CallerID on outgoing calls is not guaranteed. Calls to premium or collect numbers are blocked.

GLOVOIP reserves the right to remove or add countries to its list of permitted destinations without prior notice. Calls to countries not included in our list of destinations are blocked.

The tariffs to the different destinations and numbering vary according to the price mobility in the market and it is the responsibility of the customer to keep informed of the cost of the telephone communications that he makes, being able to consult it through the GLOVOIP website, section 'coverage'.

GLOVOIP is not an interconnected voice over IP service as defined by the FCC (FCC-05-116A1 para. 24) and is not subject to such a standard. GLOVOIP should not be used as a substitute for traditional telephony, for this reason: we do not support emergency services in any country, and it is not guaranteed the correct operation of the service in fax machines, alarms, posnet, modem or any device Which depends on the sending of multi-frequency tones (DTMF) for its operation.

The service presupposes that the client is connected through a broadband Internet connection or similar quality, with the provided APP and a compatible equipment, being the responsibility of the client himself the provision of the same.

The company is not responsible for any failure of hardware, software or configuration that they have and that prevent you from using our services.

The customer is responsible for keeping under the ID codes and password required to access the service. Any damage or damage resulting from its loss or theft is the sole responsibility of the customer.

The calls are made through the Internet, which can present faults caused, inter alia, by congestion of connections, service interruption, loss of packets, increased latency (average time it takes a packet to reach destination ), etc. Due to these external factors, GLOVOIP does not guarantee the quality of the communications carried out through its system.

The client gives his consent to GLOVOIP to receive periodic or eventual information about modifications or novelties in the service, through his email address. Also, any notification that must be made to the client, will be made through the email address informed. The customer must keep his / her data updated in the system in order to receive any future notification. GLOVOIP does not transfer the personal information of its clients to third parties.

In case of detecting that the personal data provided by the client are false or inaccurate, GloVoIP reserves the right to ask the client for correction or to withdraw the account.

It is forbidden to resell or transfer the service to other customers or companies, without the prior consent of GLOVOIP.

According to current regulations, the use of the service to make telephone calls involving harassment, threats or telephone spam is strictly prohibited.

The use of the service for the commission of crimes or other illegal activities is prohibited. In the event that the service is detected or suspected to be used for these purposes, the company reserves the right to suspend or disable the service immediately.

The use of the GLOVOIP service implies the complete and unreserved acceptance by the customer of each and every one of the General Conditions stated on the GLOVOIP website.

GLOVOIP reserves the right to modify these General Conditions in the future, without having to notify the customer.
- How are payments and collections?
The service is always charged per month in advance by credit card, through PayPal. To proceed with the registration of the service, the client must pay the first month and the costs corresponding to the setup. The month of service runs from the moment the customer subscribes to the automatic debit. Every month, the amount corresponding to the plan will be debited on that same date. In case of failure, PayPal will try to charge three (3) times more. If you do not make the payment, the service will be suspended automatically.
- What are the technical requirements?
APP: Smartphone (with Android or Iphone operating system) and a data connection (WIFI, 3G or 4G LTE). The use of the service consumes data from your cellular plan. The service is not available for phones with 2G connection.
